With more than 20 years of experience helping people live their best healthy lives, Dr. Niti Randhawa is a skilled physician who believes in providing compassionate care and natural medicine. Born and raised in Plano, TX, Dr. Randhawa is proud of her native Texan heritage. To pursue her passion for medicine, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in biology from Baylor University in Waco before completing her medical degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Randhawa’s approach to holistic and integrative medicine is to treat the body as a whole, finding the root cause of illnesses to heal, not just mask symptoms. She believes in providing natural solutions to her patients whenever possible. She makes meticulous efforts to design individualized treatment plans and comprehensive tests to care for the health and well-being of her patients. When she's away from the office, Dr. Randhawa enjoys spending time with her family, including her 200-pound Great Dane. She also loves exercising, playing the piano, and traveling to new places.

She leads a team of holistic wellness specialists using clinically proven therapeutic lifestyle interventions alongside natural medicine to treat and prevent chronic conditions. Tiffany grew up in a military family, with a foundation built on courage and commitment. She was born on Guam, lived in San Diego, CA, then finally settled in the Chicago area where she spent much of her adult life before a move to Texas. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2015. She began her nursing career in a Stroke/Cardiac Critical Care Unit. She moved to Texas in 2017 and continued to develop her cardiology skills at Baylor University Medical Center in a very busy Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU. She completed her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2021 with a focus on Family Practice.
Tiffany and her significant other have a beautiful baby boy and a brave English bulldog to keep them busy. Together they love traveling the world. Tiffany stays active with weight training and chasing around their little one.
Tiffany is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and primarily focuses on preventative care. Although she is able to prescribe medication as a viable option to complement a patient’s lifestyle, she also firmly believes in a holistic approach through listening and education to drive a sustainable lifestyle. She is a firm believer in helping her patients truly understand their treatment plan while empowering them to make positive strides in their health journeys. Tiffany looks forward to bringing her foundation of psychology and cardiology to help manage chronic diseases such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, hypertension, and heart failure.

Mrs. Jasper has two Bachelor of Science degrees: Psychology and Biology (minor) and Physician Assistant studies.
She earned her Psychology degree with high honors at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks before moving to Iowa to start her
Physician Assistant studies at the University of Des Moines.
Upon completion of her medical studies, Mrs. Jasper volunteered as a mentor for medical students to provide personal instruction, training, and supervision.
She has delivered medical lectures on acute and chronic disease management.
Mrs. Jasper is bilingual, speaking English and medical Spanish. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her spare time, Mrs. Jasper enjoys running, cycling, pickleball, traveling, and spending time with her family and white lab, Maverick. She is passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
Dr. Chelsey Dodd, D.C., is a musculoskeletal-based chiropractor with a passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation. Originally from Lewisville, Texas, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she excelled both academically and athletically as a collegiate soccer player. She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University, graduating in 2016.
With extensive continuing education in myofascial release, strength and conditioning, joint health optimization, and injury prevention, Dr. Dodd is committed to providing the highest standard of conservative care for musculoskeletal injuries. Her background as an athlete gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, and she believes in a holistic, preventative approach to maintaining function and reducing injury risk. She takes pride in listening to her patients, empowering them in their recovery, and fostering a collaborative healthcare environment for optimal patient outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Dodd stays active through running, cycling, Hyrox, and CrossFit. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family whenever the weather allows and unwinds with romance novels and crafting in her free time.

Sarah has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. Her expertise spans across nutrition and fitness with certifications in special populations, pre- and post-natal corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, and group training. Her career started as a Nutrition Coach at the University of Maryland Health Center, but has since expanded as a personal trainer, a corrective exercise specialist, a lifestyle coach, and a biohacker. Sarah specializes in female nutrition and training through the lifecycle (adolescent and younger adult, pre- and post-natal, perimenopausal and menopausal, and older adults), but enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
Sarah grew up in Baltimore, MD and now lives in Dallas with her partner Harrison and her French Bulldog, Tater. In her free time she enjoys singing in the Dallas Symphony Chorus, maintaining an active lifestyle of lifting weights and running, and traveling to visit friends and family. She seeks to live out her life’s purpose to guide people to a happy and healthy life through joy, faith, personal development, and self actualization.
Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her motto is "everything can be modified". Sarah encourages her patients by reminding them what they are capable of and that the key to health is finding joy in the process.

After many years in the corporate world, Marci went back to school to earn her Master of Science in Counseling degree from SMU. She has been practicing as a therapist for the past ten years.
When she is not in the office, she finds joy in being a Dog Mom, and a Yogi. She has a rescue named Gracie, and a miniature dachshund named Tashi. She makes it a priority to practice yoga daily to support her overall physical and mental well-being. She is most grateful for her Faith, Family and Friends.
